Responsibilities
* lead the overall hr strategy, aligning policies, processes and organizational development with business goals.
* oversee talent attraction, recruitment, selection and development to ensure high-performing teams.
* design and implement training and development programs to strengthen technical and soft skills.
* manage compensation and benefits programs ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
* promote a positive work climate focused on motivation, wellbeing and safety.
* strengthen labor relations and maintain effective communication with employees and the union.
* coordinate occupational health, safety and wellbeing programs.
* maintain and optimize the organizational structure to support operational continuity.
* lead by example, reinforcing an environment of results, ethics, teamwork and continuous improvement.
qualifications
hr manager with 5-6 years of hr experience in an automotive manufacturing plantadvanced english level and strong stakeholder-management skills
* 5-6 years of experience in human resources.
* strong background in internal policy administration, training & development, recruiting and strategic planning.
* experience managing relationships with government entities and unions.
* previous leadership roles within multinational companies.
