what you will do
* drive product development of the records management system (rms) and related sub-products, focusing on enhancing usability, quality, and feature set.
* collaborate with product management to understand requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and meet delivery timelines.
* develop a clean, reusable client integration system following secure cloud software best practices.
* contribute to technical documentation and automated build and deployment processes designed to increase engineer efficiency.
must have
* proven experience of technical end-to-end product ownership and ability to meet deadlines.
* 3+ years of experience as a frontend web developer (react).
* 3+ years of experience as a back end developer (java).
* high level of proficiency in typescript.
* proficiency in contemporary frontend bundlers, package managers, and build tools.
* knowledge of or prior experience with microservices architecture.
nice to haves
* experience building software in the cloud will be a plus.
* ai assisted development experience, using tools like windsurf, cursor or similar.
