In this role, you will serve as Lead Strategic Sourcing Specialist within HCE based in Atlanta, Georgia.
**Core Job Duties**:
Lead productivity & cost reduction across multiple regions while managing process, measures & results
Execute sourcing & contracting
Lead key process improvement initiatives
Develop commodity strategies including spend analysis, benchmarking, cost, market analysis and global technology & economic trends
Develop and execute supply base management for projects
**You Must Have**:
5+ years of experience negotiating with suppliers
3+ years of progressive sourcing & procurement experience with demonstrated high impact results across multiple functions
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Experience developing & implementing 1+ spend segment strategies
**We Value**:
Demonstrated cost reduction experience in multiple spend segments
Experience leveraging analytics for measurable business improvement
Project and/or contract management experience
Six Sigma and Lean Tools experience
Expertise in core procurement systems including SAP & Compass
Master’s degree/MBA from an accredited college or university
