about the role
we're a lean performance marketing operation running high-volume cpa campaigns through push and native traffic in the us and canada. We're looking for a part-time performance ad designer who can concept, design, and iterate on the full creative stack — from ad units to landing pages to prelanders — working closely with the person running the business.
this is an execution role, not an advisory one. You'll be building and testing alongside a media buyer, with results visible quickly.
what you'll do
design and produce ad creatives (images, banners) and write accompanying titles and descriptions for push and native placements build and iterate on landing pages — layout, design, mockups, and copy develop and test prelanders for high-volume consumer offer campaigns iterate based on real traffic data — not gut feel collaborate with the media buyer to diagnose whether performance issues are creative or traffic-sidewhat you need
hands-on experience producing performance ad creatives, landing pages, and prelanders — not just copywriting proficient in combining ai image generation tools (gemini, midjourney, firefly, or equivalent) with design tools like figma or photoshop to produce and mockup pages independently experience designing for high-volume consumer offer campaigns ability to move fast, test fast, and kill ideas that don't perform comfortable working on a small team where your work is visible and your results are yoursin your application, please include
