what you’ll be doing
* perform the operations, diameter adjustments and tool changes established ensuring that the finished product meets quality standards.
* punctuality and attendance at scheduled meetings.
* clean and protect the tools and gauges, as well as ensure that they have the corresponding calibration label.
* inspect and record first piece according to the control plan, design, specifications and process requirements.
* monitor and report when a document is not updated and printed on the production line.
* keep the machine and work tools in good condition and inform the supervisor immediately if any anomaly is detected.
* perform operations according to work instructions and visual aids.
* start, set up, and operate manual and cnc machines according to work instructions and visual aids.
* train the personnel under your supervision, complying with the training procedure in a timely manner.
* follow the escalation plan for any contingency.
* comply with the provisions of the internal work regulations and current danfoss internal policies.
what we're looking for
* bachelor degree (engineering)
* 2 - 3 years of experience
* english advanced
