We are looking for a professional to join our team to ensure that our technological infrastructure runs smoothly and securely.
*responsibilities*:
- *configuration and maintenance*: manage and maintain the hardware and software inventory, ensuring that all equipment is operational and up to date.
- *problem resolution*: diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring the company's operational continuity.
- *security*: implement and oversee security measures to protect the company’s information and systems from threats.
- *support and training*: provide technical support to employees, including training on the safe and efficient use of internal technologies and systems.
- *documentation*: keep detailed records of configurations, resolved issues, and implemented security measures.
*requirements*:
- *academic background*: degree in systems engineering or related fields.
- *preferred*: course or diploma in cybersecurity.
- *experience*:
- at least 2 years in technical support roles.
- experience in implementing it policies and processes.
- knowledge of cybersecurity (firewalls, antivirus, data protection, etc.), including the implementation of preventive and corrective measures.
- *technical skills*:
- proficiency in operating systems, networks, and diagnostic tools.
- ability to efficiently resolve complex technical issues.
- *languages*: fluent in english, both spoken and written.
- *location*: must reside in hermosillo, sonora.
