your mission:
position mission: provide the highest levels of service to puma customers within a retail store to achieve or surpass sales, kpis, and profitability goals, positioning puma as the world's fastest sports brand.
your talent:
main functions of the position:
* ensure individual performance consistently meets or exceeds sales, key performance indicators, and profitability objectives through effective customer service.
* deliver a high level of customer experience aligned with puma's brand values and service standards.
* complete all required training programs, both national and global, to drive results within the store.
* assist and participate in loss prevention education, training, and awareness programs.
* responsible for loss prevention and operational compliance within the store.
* communicate merchandise opportunities to the store management team.
* participate in opening new stores and/or closing stores; travel may be required.
* accurately process sales transactions at the register, ensuring proper system operation, tendering, and applying discounts when appropriate.
* manage the receipt and dispatch of merchandise efficiently.
* ensure execution and maintenance of all visual guidelines, keeping the store's visual presentation up to puma standards.
* maintain the store's physical condition according to guidelines and communicate maintenance needs promptly.
* adhere to all policies, procedures, operational competencies, and key responsibilities.
* maintain a safe and compliant work and shopping environment, reporting any issues to management.
* work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays, with possible overtime requirements.
