work you'll do/responsibilities
at deloitte, you'll collaborate with top professionals to solve complex problems. In this role, you will leverage your technical proficiency, business acumen, and communication skills to deliver high-quality solutions. As a manager you will contribute to the growth and success of deloitte consulting llp and the offering through:
the manager is accountable for end-to-end delivery and performance of the o2c collections subprocess across an expanded scope (e.g., multiple portfolios/regions, client towers, or workstreams), ensuring achievement of service level agreements (slas) and key performance indicators (kpis), strong controls compliance, and consistent customer/client experience. Building on the assistant manager's day-to-day delivery leadership, this role owns the collections operating rhythm, client/service governance, people leadership for team leads/assistant managers, and the continuous improvement and automation roadmap that drives measurable working-capital outcomes.

qualifications
required
• 10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
• completion of coursework (egresado) in any pertinent field or industry
• responsible for client and team management including proactive value creation activities
• support sales activities, account management, and project planning
• advanced english level
• solid experience in finance operations/bpo/shared services with strong exposure to o2c collections, including escalations and disputes governance
• demonstrated people leadership experience managing team leads and/or multiple collectors across slas/kpis, strong stakeholder and client governance capability
• experience with erps (e.g., sap, oracle, microsoft dynamics); collections/workflow tools are advantageous
