we are looking for a qa manager or project manager with strong qa experience who can take ownership beyond operational responsibilities and provide end-to-end leadership.
*key responsibilities*:
lead and manage qa teams with proven people management experience.provide end-to-end delivery leadership, not limited to nearshore operations.drive qa best practices across test planning, execution, metrics, and reporting.handle situational challenges raised by associates with confidence and domain expertise.manage associates in multicultural environments (with specific focus on mexico-based teams).collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure delivery quality and alignment.demonstrate a service-delivery orientation while balancing quality, timelines, and client expectations.guide teams in continuous improvement through upskilling, process optimization, and adoption of industry standards.act as a key point of escalation for qa-related issues and delivery challenges.
*requirements*:
minimum 8+ years of people management experience.at least 5+ years of qa management experience (leading qa teams, metrics, reporting, delivery support).
bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (mandatory).
proven experience in handling mexico-based teams and driving cross-cultural alignment.
strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills.
must not be currently working with csaa or aaa insurance (to avoid potential conflict of interest).
strong background in qa methodologies, tools, and processes.
experience in automation testing is a strong plus.
