For more information, please visit shining 3d on the web at essential functions: 1. Channel management& regional operation develop new distributors and maintain existing ones. Coordinate regional product information updates, promotional policy communication, and inventory alignment. Support offline events and conduct visits to koc/kol users and key industry influencers. 2. Market development execute sales activities in line with company sales strategies to achieve sales targets, including but not limited to: identifying and attracting customers and partners, responding to inquiries, customer follow-up, product demonstrations, solution design, project bidding, contract signing, order placement, shipping coordination, and arranging technical services and training. Explore new application markets in response to new product development directions. 3. Customer relationship management & channel management maintain customer relationships; coordinate internal resources to provide after-sales support and resolve customer complaints. Track accounts receivable to ensure timely collection. Manage regional channels, including developing, training, supporting, and maintaining distributors. Support and participate in the preparation and execution of customer-related marketing activities. 4. Sales information management develop quarterly and monthly sales plans based on annual individual sales targets. Collect and analyze industry, market, and competitor information; provide timely feedback to direct supervisors to support decision-making. Provide customer application case information. Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semiannual sales reports, forecasts, and analysis. Requirements: relevant work experience, preferably in the 3d scanning, reverse engineering or digitalization industry; strong marketing, sales, and cross-department coordination skills. Solid understanding of hardware/software, 3d digitization technologies, application industries, and basic forward/reverse engineering software knowledge. Strong communication skills, results-driven mindset, ability to work under pressure, clear logical thinking, and a positive, proactive attitude. Fluent english and spanish are strong pluses.
