Our work environment is dynamic and collaborative, where excellence and the professional growth of our employees are highly valued.key responsibilities- coordinate and execute action plans derived from the labor relations strategy and organizational objectives. - coordinate and participate in daily or periodic communication forums with plant union delegates to identify, analyze, and resolve labor-related issues. - build and maintain strong, collaborative, and transparent working relationships with union representatives. - receive, manage, and follow up on union requests, petitions, and grievances in a timely and professional manner. - manage and maintain up-to-date systems for promotions, advancements, and job movement for unionized employees, in strict adherence to the collective bargaining agreement. - keep human resources management informed of relevant labor relations matters, key risks, performance indicators, and progress against the labor relations work plan. - ensure compliance with policies related to compensation, work schedules, attendance and absenteeism, termination of employment, non-discrimination, prevention and management of sexual and workplace harassment, and occupational risk prevention. - supervise and ensure the accurate execution of employee complaint handling, suggestion processes, and disciplinary procedures, ensuring fairness, confidentiality, and compliance. - maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures, effectively communicate them, and oversee their proper implementation. - ensure compliance and proper application of labor laws, collective agreements, internal regulations, and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. - stay current on labor legislation and provide guidance to employees and leadership regarding rights and obligations established by the federal labor law, collective bargaining agreement (cba), internal labor regulations, imss, stps, and other applicable regulations. - promote and foster a positive work environment based on respect, equity, open communication, and proactive conflict prevention. - supervise, coordinate, and develop the labor relations team within the assigned area of responsibility.benefits and additional perks- collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement. - opportunities for professional development and career growth within the company.
