Responsibilities
* familiar with smt, wave soldering and testing processes.
* be familiar with the production processes of tv board cards and pcba board cards.
* skilled in the design of steel mesh opening and wave soldering fixtures.
* skilled in analyzing and improving smt, wave soldering and testing process issues.
* familiar with factory mes systems, cad software and common office software.
* familiar with the seven ie techniques, process control plans, and pmfea.
* responsible for training and promoting the application of lean production tools.
* responsible for organizing and implementing advanced production management practices such as lean production and 5s.
* organize and lead workshops to advance lean production according to plans, streamline manpower, and enhance efficiency.
* assess customer returns, analyze root cause and solve production line process problems.
* improve product quality and reduce production cost through process optimization.
educational requirements
bachelor's degree or above
experience required
more than 5 years of working experience in pe and ie, with actual cases of cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects.
level of english fluency
fluent in communication and writing
computer usage
very proficient
additional comments
have the ability to withstand pressure and relevant qualification certificates for pe and ie, familiar with the ipc610 standard
