Responsibilities
- work alongside the onsite proxy product owner to grasp the product vision and roadmap
- outline the product capabilities along with its features and functions
- create epics, stories, and success criteria
- develop stories, debate business logic, and discuss expected business outcomes
- handle product scope and arrange the prioritization of capabilities, epics, and stories
- participate in sprint review demos and offer valuable feedback
- track feedback to ensure its incorporation in the backlog and proper prioritization
- aid in incident triaging
- act as the main point of contact for any business-related inquiries or clarifications
*requirements*:
- bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements management
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- background in financial services
- expertise in product management
- knowledge of agile, requirements analysis, and requirements and change management
- proficiency in scrum methodologies
- business acumen providing insights from both business and customer perspectives
- strong communication and presentation skills
- attention to detail
