Main Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Planning for New Projects: Define sourcing and logistics strategies from development phase to SOP, aligning with company standards. Coordinate with engineering, quality, and purchasing to ensure timely material availability.
2. Supplier Management: Ensure suppliers meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Sign logistics agreements before SOP. Monitor tooling, PPAPs, and initial deliveries.
3. Capacity and Risk Analysis: Validate supplier and plant equipment capacity. Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans. Link analysis with plant S&OP.
4. Initial Logistics Coordination: Define logistics routes, transport modes, and temporary warehouses aligned with corporate logistics plans. Coordinate pilot, pre-series, and ramp-up deliveries.
5. Inventory and Material Management: Establish inventory levels for launch and mass production phases. Implement pull/push strategies based on component type and lead time.
6. Customer and Internal Team Interaction: Act as Supply Chain lead in new project platform meetings and corporate purchasing. Participate in OEM/Tier 1 meetings to align deliveries and changes. Coordinate deliverables with project, manufacturing, quality, and finance teams.
7. Systems and Tools Usage: Advanced use of SAP (MM, Planning, Purchasing, MRP) and planning tools like Excel, Power BI, or APS. Weekly reporting and KPI coordination with plant S&OP.
8. Compliance with Automotive Standards: Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, MMOG/LE, and customer-specific requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
- Experience with SAP and inventory management
- Strong coordination and analytical skills
