* microsoft teams rooms (mtr) daily operations and monitoring
* troubleshooting teams rooms hardware/software/network issues
* servicenow (snow) incident resolution and documentation
* microsoft teams admin center (tac)
* push configuration profiles
* manage app/firmware updates
* monitor alerts and health devices
* telemetry, automated updates
* room analytics
* microsoft intune / endpoint manager
* oem platform exposure: logitech sync, poly lens, crestron, yealink, lenovo
* exchange online admin center (room calendars, scheduling permissions, booking policies)
