Profile:- 1- 2 years of technical or customer service experience.- ability to type 25wpm.- outstanding service-orientation and strong interpersonal skills that create positive relationships with colleagues and customers.- excellent, professional, verbal and written communicator with a coaching mentality.- analytical skills are a must.- detail oriented.- must have ability to navigate computer systems, websites and office software (i.e. Microsoft office).- must possess a professional and friendly demeanor and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers.- strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.- bilingual-spanish- is a big plus!*strong communication skills.strong computer skills.technical background.knowledge of electric vehicles a plus*job description:provide day to day functional and technical support to our customers including testing and troubleshooting as needed.- handle inbound calls from new and existing customers related to questions about electric vehicles and charging stations.- creates customer records for technical support with excellent data accuracy.-follow up with other key contacts as appropriate to resolve customer issues.- respond to customer billing questions, customer disputes and escalate to supervisor as needed.- take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.- gain a deep understanding of the evgo's product and brands.- meets quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics.performs other duties as necessary and/or assigned.required equipment:technical requirements:- pc (windows 10) no macprocessor - 5th generation or newer (i5/i7/i9 allowed) or the amd equivalent.(minimum 2ghz)16 gb of ramactive windows installationno macdownload speed of 50+ mbpsupload speed of 20+ mbpshardwired via ethernet cablelatency no higher than 100 msjitter no higher than 15 ms- chrome web browser preferred (firefox or edge will work as well)- web enabled camera- usb headset w/ microphone- dedicated area to work (preventing external noise to contaminate call)all these required specs need to be a must for the final interview, otherwise, the interview cannot be viable.income:gross monthy base: $16,200gross monthy bonus: $4,500 (based on kpi)benefits:monthly food vouchers: $*monthly telework bonus: $500tipo de puesto: tiempo completosueldo: $16,* - $21,* al meshorario:- incluye fines de semana- turno de 8 horasprestaciones:- vales de despensatipos de compensaciones:- bono de puntualidadexperiência:- tech support: 1 año (obligatorio)lugar de trabajo: empleo presencial
