Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or order management (manufacturing or automotive industry preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP or similar).
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) required for customer and internal communication
Key Responsibilities
