Regional sales director latam
we are seeking an ambitious regional sales director to drive commercial growth across latin america. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with expertise in saas and cybersecurity, who thrives in fast-paced environments.
key responsibilities:
* lead a high-performing team of sales professionals across latam, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and company goals.
* develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy focused on hunting new opportunities and expanding market share.
* identify, target, and close new enterprise accounts across the latam region, positioning the company as a trusted cybersecurity partner.
* build strong relationships with key decision-makers (cisos, cios, it directors, and executives).
* stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and evolving cybersecurity needs to adjust strategies proactively.
* partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to improve offerings and messaging.
* ensure accurate forecasting and data-driven decision-making using crm tools.
* contribute to building scalable sales processes that enable sustainable growth.
qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in business, marketing, it, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, driving growth in saas and/or cybersecurity.
* proven experience managing high-performing sales teams across multiple countries in latam.
* demonstrated success in designing innovative hunting strategies.
* strong knowledge of saas and cybersecurity technologies.
* bilingual: fluent in spanish and english.
* expertise with crm systems.
* ability to operate effectively in a startup/scale-up environment.
* excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* availability to travel across the region as needed.
