what are your contributions to the team?
* understand and execute the different data entry processes (attendance list and scores) for bombardier employees in learning platforms and stps.
* identify, analyze and track exceptions (certifications, competencies, training).
* support fast tracks (ft) weekly follow ups with stakeholders.
* collaborate with suppliers in the programming and logistics of courses or trainings.
* prepare audiovisual tools, office supplies (projectors, markers, headphones and equipment and materials in general) for classes.
* follow-up with suppliers on preventive or corrective actions derived from cohort (ft) reviews or trainings performance evaluation.
how to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
* you are currently pursuing studies on the field of human resources, business administration or similar.
* you hold an advanced level of spanish english language, oral and written skills.
* you have knowledge of the suite microsoft o365 (outlook, microsoft excell, power point, word).
* you are detail-oriented, deadline-driven and work well under pressure with a high degree of precision.
* you can comfortably interact with employees of all levels of experience and seniority.
* you hold a basic level of french language (considered an asset).
