xtendops is an ai-powered bpo transforming from a traditional outsourcing company into a tech-forward ai bpo — combining ai, automation, and human expertise to build modern customer operations.
xostudios is the in-house marketing and creative team behind this shift. We support four functions:
* marketing & commercial (sales enablement)
* social media
* graphic design
* video & photo
we’re now evolving our brand from “just another bpo” to a serious ai + technology player — and we’re looking for a brand & creative lead to help drive that transformation.
role overview
the brand & visual communications manager – xo studios will own the evolution and expression of the xtendops / xo brand across all touchpoints.
you will:
* help define and maintain our new brand identity as we transition into an ai bpo and tech company.
* lead and mentor the design team (graphic, social, and visual support for video/web).
* partner closely with marketing, sales, and leadership to translate our positioning into decks, visuals, and digital experiences that actually help close deals.
* own the day-to-day creative process while still being hands-on when needed (decks, layout, visual systems, etc.).
this role is a mix of brand strategist, creative lead, and senior designer who deeply understands us culture, communicates flawlessly in english, and can execute as well as direct.
key responsabilities
1. brand strategy and identity
* lead the definition and rollout of xtendops’ updated brand as an ai bpo and tech-forward company.
* translate positioning, messaging, and commercial strategy into a clear visual identity system (logos, typography, color, layout, graphic language, iconography, etc.).
* maintain and evolve brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all channels (web, social, decks, sales collateral, video, events, internal comms).
* serve as the internal “brand guardian,” helping teams understand not just how to use the brand, but why .
2. Creative direction and design team leadership
* manage and mentor designers within xo studios.
* review and approve creative work, providing clear, constructive feedback that raises the bar while keeping timelines realistic.
* prioritize incoming requests with the senior marketing director and help translate business needs into creative briefs.
* work closely with video and photo teams to ensure visual cohesion across static and motion content.
3. Sales and commercial enablement
* collaborate with the commercial / sales team to create high-impact sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and visuals that support live pitches and outbound efforts.
* step in as the go-to partner for sales when the senior marketing director is not available —clarifying needs, refining narratives, and delivering polished decks.
* help convert complex ai / cx / bpo concepts into simple, compelling visual stories that resonate with us-based decision-makers.
4. Digital and social brand experience
* oversee the visual direction for key digital touchpoints : website, landing pages, social media, marketing campaigns.
* partner with web designers/developers to ensure the site reflects our updated brand and ai bpo positioning.
* ensure social media content (organic and paid) is visually aligned with the brand and optimized for each platform.
* collaborate with video and motion designers to keep motion graphics and video templates on brand.
5. Cross-functional collaborations and leadership touchpoints
* work closely with the senior marketing director and global leadership team (us-based leadership, sales, product/ai, operations) to understand strategy, priorities, and upcoming launches.
* join key leadership or commercial conversations when needed to translate strategic direction into creative requirements.
* provide clear rationale for creative decisions that align with business objectives and our ai bpo narrative.
skills and qualifications
must have:
* fluent, near-native english (written and spoken) with a strong understanding of american culture, tone, and business communication .
* 5+ years of experience in branding, visual design, or creative direction in b2b, tech, saas, cx, or agency environments.
* proven experience building or evolving a brand system (not just using an existing one).

e. Experience leading or mentoring designers (formal or informal leadership).

* hands-on proficiency with:
* adobe creative cloud (illustrator, photoshop, indesign) and/or figma
* presentation tools (google slides)
* ability to take direction well, work with structure, and deliver consistently on deadlines.
nice-to-have:
* experience in bpo, cx, saas, or ai/tech companies.
* familiarity with ai design tools (e.g., midjourney, firefly, dall·e, runway, etc.) and openness to using them in workflows.
* basic understanding of ux/ui principles for marketing websites and landing pages.
* experience collaborating with video teams (storyboards, thumbnails, lower-thirds, on-screen graphics).
