your tasks and responsibilities
* major tasks implement the sales activation plan in the region, aligned to marketing plan and brand guidelines. Implement the demo plots, including proposal of quantity, locations, growers, planting dates, etc.
* document in the appropriate tool designed by bayer, all the information related to demo plots and growers events previously agreed with distributors.
* co-responsible of control and follow-up the bayer and distributors investments agreed in the marketing plan and pib.
* provide market information regarding crop hectares, market share, competitors main activities, etc.
* document all interactions/relationships cooperants growers (growers where we establish demo-plots and/or provide their field to do events with other growers) through and/or the digital tools that bayer provides for this objective as well as engagement programs on cep.
who you are
* bachelor's degree in agronomy or related.
* 1-3 years' experience in sales and/ or crop management is required.
* customer centricity, communication skills, negotiation, account planning, digital tools.
* office knowledge.
* managing power point and excel.
* salesforce or similar crm.
* english desired.
