*english and local residence is indispensable*assistant project manager is responsible for assisting the project managers and coordinate the civil engineers and subcontractors for the good execution of the projects according to the program and scope of works to ensure costs, master schedule, document control of the quality and safety standards.- monitor the construction, to ensure that it is performed with the safety standards and quality demanded and that it is completed on time and within budget.- guide the staff in accordance with the general policies of the project.- meet design requirements for studies and preliminary construction permits.- attend the governmental entities procedures and also for industrial parks.- analyzes and studies the technical and administrative conditions of the assigned contracts.- check and colaborate with civil engineers on the construction process on site to see if it is carried out as planned, specially for qc and safety.- supervise, revise and manage the correct execution of shimizu ´s subcontractors.- assist and coordinate working meetings with subcontractors, document agreements and prepare minutes within 24 hours.- coordinate the execution of observations received on quality and safety inspection visits.respond within 24 hours and complete before 7 days.- master file & qc schedule management, according to the constructive processes.- report the physical progress of the works contracted by shimizu to the project manager and improve process in order to increase profit and avoid re-works and variation orders.- coordinate emt ´s reports on time and accurate.*job types*: full-time, contractcontract length: 7 monthspay: $30,* per monthability to commute/relocate:- *, salinas victoria, n.
