as a treasury operations specialist, you will work within the finance team. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of bank account management and account funding.

- managing, opening, and closing bank accounts, entering payments, and assisting with online banking platforms globally
- monitor and analyze the company's daily cash position to cover cash commitments.
- maintain positive banking relationships with depository banks
- assist with customer collection processes
- work closely with the finance operations team to ensure that our payroll accounts across 13+ subsidiaries are accurately funded for our monthly payroll obligations.
- develop a cross-border funding strategy that minimizes the transaction/fx fees paid and reduces the time to fund subsidiaries across markets.
- collaborate with various stakeholders across the company to strengthen our current treasury processes (e.g., collections, payments) across multiple entities.
- ensure all treasury activities comply with internal policies, financial regulations, and audit requirements.
- identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of treasury operations.
- assist other departments (e.g., audit, accounting) with ad-hoc information requests as needed.

*qualifications*:
- minimum of 3 years of experience relevant in global treasury operations
- strong international banking knowledge and familiarity with various banking platforms and financial regulations.
- detailed expertise in treasury/cash management flow, assets
