key responsibilities
* procure plastics, polymers, and raw materials
* develop sourcing strategies to optimise cost, quality, and supply
* manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
* monitor market trends and pricing
* collaborate with internal teams to support production
* track supplier performance and drive improvements
key requirements
* minimum 5 years' procurement experience in industrial/engineering/manufacturing
* experience sourcing plastics or raw materials
* project management experience is highly advantageous
* strong negotiation and supplier management skills
* commercial awareness and stakeholder management
* able to work onsite full-time
