general job description:
under limited supervision, performs activities including:
1. assisting in employee relations to deter unionization and maintaining effective communication channels.
2. ensuring delivery of compensation and benefit programs according to company policies.
3. supporting recruitment processes and hr paperwork administration.
4. communicating and administering hr policies on compensation, benefits, and organizational planning.
5. identifying under-utilization and potential issues, establishing recruiting resources, resolving complaints, and representing the company during fact-finding.
6. consulting management on hr programs, disciplinary actions, safety issues, and violations.
7. investigating internal complaints, recommending actions, and ensuring follow-up in line with fair treatment policies.
8. administering employee attitude surveys, communicating results, and assisting in resolving issues.
9. analyzing hr data and preparing statistical reports for management.
10. ensuring job postings, transfers, and promotions comply with policies.
11. serving as hr advisor during the gftp board of review and assisting in security activities as needed.
12. performing other duties as assigned.
minimum requirements:
education: bachelor's degree or equivalent. Fluent in english (toeic score of 600 points).
experience: at least 4 years in recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee and labor relations, training, development, or safety, with demonstrated knowledge across these areas.
skills: strong human relations and communication skills, judgment and decision-making, presentation skills, accuracy and attention to detail, influencing and persuasion skills.
