Provide technical support to the operations necessities regarding to cnc machines, nc programs and machining process, etc as area’s expert.responsibilitiesanalysis and implementation for solve internal and external quality problems related with cnc machining process.define standard times in machining process in fabrication area regarding cnc equipment.stablish the lifetime for cutter tools, control and storage for them.analysis and selection for cutting tools and min/max definition.fai support, engineering dry run and cnc process for npi.correct chemicals introduction and their documentation in wi.process standardizations and 5s implementation.smed implementation and improvements based in innovations using new technologies.safety and ergonomic vision in the machining processes.pokayoke thinking for all the setup implemented.conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control through the application of lean principles.determines the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow, and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.required competenceseducation: desirable professional degree in industrial, mechanical, mechatronic engineering, diploma, or equivalent in technical education with 8+ years working programming cnc machines.experience: experience in metal mechanics environmental using cad, cam and cnc machines.certifications: green belt (desirable for entry and intermediate positions, mandatory for experienced and advanced)languages: advanced english leveljob knowledge:microsoft office tools knowledge.microsoft excel (mandatory for intermediate and further positions)autocad, solidworks, nx and other cad programnx, mastercam and other cam programssap knowledgeprocess improvement and lean six sigma tools knowledgegd&t and drawings interpretation.cnc knowledge; understand g code and cnc machine control.
