Location:Parque industrial FINSA, Aguascalientes, México.We are looking for a skilled professional in Sales or Customer Development with experience to automotive injection molded parts sales, familiar with OEM purchasing process, customer resources such as Ford/Tesla is preferred.Responsibilities:Responsible for customer development of OEMs (e.g. Ford, Tesla, Volkswagen, Audi, etc.) and Tier 1 suppliers in Mexico and North America region to promote injection molded automotive parts (e.g. interior parts, exterior parts, functional parts, etc.).
Establish and maintain customer relationship, visit customers regularly, understand their technical, quality and cost requirements, and promote project landing.Formulate sales plan, accomplish annual sales, profit and market share targets, lead quotation, contract negotiation and order follow-up.Linkage with technical, production and quality departments to ensure customer needs (e.g. PPAP, APQP process) are efficiently responded to and problems in delivery are resolved.Collect market dynamics from OEMs (e.g. new energy model planning, localization procurement policy), analyze competitors' trends, and develop differentiation strategies.Leading the RFQ phase of new projects, coordinating internal resources to complete technical solutions, cost estimation, and ensuring the projects are in mass production on time.Serve as a communication link between Chinese and Mexican teams, assist in resolving language and cultural differences, and enhance customer trust.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience with injection molded parts or automotive components (interior, exterior, or functional parts)- Familiarity with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 and other automotive industry standards.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes (preferably plastics/injection molding)Skills:Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.Excellent analytical skills for market and competitor analysis.Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, quality, production)Languages:Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
