As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you "dare to grow" with us?The administrative assistant, you will play a key role in supporting management teams with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and fostering organisational effectiveness in a dynamic business environment.key responsibilities: provide comprehensive administrative support to management personnel, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Handle correspondence, prepare reports, presentations, and documentation with attention to detail and accuracy. Serve as a liaison between the management department and other internal teams or external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up. Maintain and organise filing systems, databases, and records to ensure information accessibility and compliance with company policies. Assist in coordinating departmental projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met in line with company objectives. Support the preparation and facilitation of meetings, including compiling agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining administrative processes and enhancing operational efficiency within the management division.candidate profile: demonstrated experience in administrative roles, ideally within a corporate or management environment. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills in english and spanish, both written and verbal, to interact effectively across diverse teams. Proficiency in standard office software such as ms office suite (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook) and other collaboration tools. High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities aligned with a professional work ethic. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural team.
