This position entails overseeing npi-related sourcing activities for hss, ensuring the procurement of materials and commodities is executed efficiently for a successful npi launch.the role requires adept management and direction of cross-functional projects to establish a reliable supply chain.strong project management skills are essential to drive cost improvements and advance sourcing excellence within npi.the incumbent will be accountable for the timely delivery of sourcing contributions and achievement of results for assigned npi projects.additionally, the role involves developing and utilizing tools for effective supplier selection and monitoring npi progress.the location of the position is monterrey, mexico because require to have close connection to the hss sourcing commodity team and most of the npi sourcing teamcooperation mostly with usa, mexico, uk and germany sites.some interaction with sites located in china, india and worldwide supply chain.day-to-day activities include communication with customers, suppliers, colleagues all around the world - very international environment, need for a flexibility in terms of managing schedule.new joiner will need to keep in touch with various suppliers to coordinate execution of necessary steps.coordination of all activities necessary to transform the product from a concept to mass production.new joiner will be a gluer between project and npi team - driving the project from concept to mass production.
