Now we are looking for this position:
*talent acquisition analyst*
*main purpose*
responsible for executing the end to end recruitment process for pepsico professional positions aligned with the local requirements in order to fulfill the business talent needs.
*temporary role for 5 months*
*accountabilities / responsibilities*
- open requisition in pepsico’s system.
- create job posting internally and externally based on the job description- first interview call
- schedule interviews with the hiring manager and the internal stakeholders involved in the process.
Produce the offer letter (based on appropriate template)
- re hire process - screening process (clear the ex employees. Understand the reason why they left the company)
- understand and keep tracking of the local recruitment kpi’s.
- work alongside the local team in order to identify process gaps who will let him/her create and execute different call to actions willing to evolve the process.
- deliver services at the defined at the slas/kpis and drive operational efficiency and continuos improvement

- bachelor degree (business, psychology, hr, or related)
- fluent english (written & verbal skills)
- a minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience in hr or talent acquisition as an intern, scolarship projects, etc.
- solid verbal and written communication skills
- effective time-management abilities
- curiosity for learning.
