this role will be responsible for supporting the content strategy lead in the follow up of the content strategy of the assigned brands, which includes development, and management of content to enhance customer experience and support brand objectives.
content executive will coordinate with relevant teams to ensure the implementation of defined content strategy, ensuring the correct process and the alignment of the internal guidelines.
the person will act in an individual contributor capacity.
your responsibilities: this role gives you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career, the main of these are:
content development & management assesses currently available content, harnesses it from global sources to provide a strong starting point to the loc on available content that can be further contextualized for the country
cross-functional collaboration works closely with brand teams to provide analysis and reporting of content effectiveness.
supports with content analytics to enhance content effectiveness and shares suggestions to optimize results.
project management & support develops project plans and specifications, estimating time requirements, establishing timelines, and monitoring milestone completion, coordinating with relevant teams to share guidance on designing the content architecture, and developing the right content that can be leveraged across channels.
why you? Basic qualifications: we are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
bachelor´s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or any other related discipline.
strong experience in development of content strategy, which includes planning, development, storytelling and management of content to enhance customer experience and support brand objectives within pharma industry.
ability to effectively coordinate with relevant functions & teams for implementation of content strategy, such as seeing the bigger picture and connect the dots across various projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving long-term success.
ability to effectively communicate across key stakeholder groups to share guidelines & drive content development
excellent grammar
advanced english
preferred qualifications: data analytics skills (google analytics)
software: for design (photoshop, illustrator, canva) and for content processing (wordpress, mailchimp)
ability to share new and innovative content ideas to delight the health care professionals and enhance the customer experience.
