The field service coordinator is responsible for managing the administrative and operational activities within the post-sales service department. This role ensures the timely processing of service orders, billing, inventory management, and customer communication to support high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will coordinate closely with the service team and other departments to maintain accurate records, facilitate procurement, and ensure efficient workflow. key responsibilities
* generate and process service orders and invoices accurately and promptly.
* maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring all service activities are properly documented.
* coordinate procurement of materials, spare parts, and tools needed for scheduled services and repairs.
* track and report on service and billing metrics weekly and monthly.
* manage inventory levels of supplies and ensure availability for scheduled activities.
* communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and clarify requirements.
* ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
* assist in training and supporting team members as needed.
* continuous communication with technical team (field services and repair shop technicians).

qualifications
* bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineer, or a related field.
* of 3 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or service operations.
* strong knowledge of office software and systems used in service management.
* english level intermediate (advanced is a plus but not mandatory).
