Who we’re looking for:we are not just hiring recruiters — we are hiring recruitment specialists who:· ✅ have 6–12+ months of hands-on experience recruiting for the u.s. market, with a deep understanding of its dynamics and expectations.· ✅ are experts in high-volume recruiting, capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously with speed and precision.· ✅ can own the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, resume optimization, and conducting structured interviews.· ✅ are kpi-driven and thrive under performance metrics — our standard is to fill roles in under 24 hours.· ✅ are tech-savvy, with strong command of excel, word, databases, and ats platforms (speed and accuracy are key).· ✅ speak fluent english (c1/c2 level preferred) — you’ll be engaging with u.s. candidates daily.· ✅ have prior experience in international call centers (e.g., amex, teleperformance, icc), which is a strong advantage.· ✅ live within reasonable commuting distance to torre manacar and have reliable transportation — punctuality is non-negotiable.
