marketplace operations: lead catalog/sku management, optimize product listings (seo, brand store, descriptions), and ensure account health metrics remain flawless.supply & analytics: co-lead demand forecasting, sell-in/sell-out analysis, and inventory replenishment to guarantee an optimal fill rate and prevent stock-outs.cross-functional collaboration: team up with ledvance's local and global teams (supply chain, finance, marketing, operations, and external agencies) to ensure a seamless end-to-end operation.who are we looking for?
experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in e-commerce, directly managing amazon and/or mercado libre.industry fit: experience in consumer electronics, retail, or fmcg is highly valued.technical savvy: deep knowledge of amazon vendor/seller central, mercado libre seller center, and amazon/mercado ads.skills: advanced excel skills, strong capability in commercial planning/forecasts, and a sharp, analytical mindset.ready to brighten your career?
