*what you will be doing*
- service follow-up meeting with our responsible users
- work meeting with the service provider to follow up on the contracted service levels.
- coordinate with the different areas of sgt to solve root incidents and not affect the end user
- bachelor’ s degree in computer science or a related discipline
- minimum 3 years of experience in attention and management of microcomputer incidents
- good verbal, listening and written communication skills with the ability to convey information to internal and external clients in a clear, focused, and concise manner
- solid customer service skills
- have a positive “can do” attitude and be willing to go for the extra mile to meet the goals
