job description
* what you can look forward to as intern customer service quality: main task is to work on special projects, initiating with the development of a tool to digitalize and semi-automate the management and communication of budget management (inputs required from the team and communication to mgr) for the quality customer service area.
* area of responsibility: development of project and ownership of communicating with supporting areas to assure project development.
* function and responsibility: trainee for quality customer service area dedicated 75% of time to project development and 25% to support additional specific tasks of area (supporting in follow up of return and shipment of components/parts to customers).
* internal environment / interfaces: will require working closely with different internal areas as well as in communication with external as tec reps and sorting suppliers.
* your profile as intern customer service quality;
* preferable knowledge: catia, sap bw, etc.
* programming, basic quality topics
* social competence / technical ability; interpersonal skills and sense of urgency led by results.
