experiencie:
3+ years in technical training, instructional design, or technical marketing (ideally in saas or a high-tech industry).
knowledge:
● technical literacy: ability to quickly learn complex software/hardware; familiarity with [insert specific tech stack, e.g.,
apis, python, cloud infrastructure].
● communication mastery: you can explain the same concept to a cto and a non-technical end-user with equal clarity.
skills / competencies:
● creative flair: experience with content tools (e.g., camtasia/premier pro for video, canva for design, google
workspace for docs/slides).
● adaptability: you enjoy the "switch" between deep-focus course building and fast-paced marketing deadlines.
● familiarity with crm and prm ecosystems (e.g., hubspot, kiflo)
responsibilities / activities:
1. Technical training & education
● curriculum development: design and maintain comprehensive training programs, including slide decks, training videos,
and certification paths.
● live instruction: lead webinars and virtual (or in-person) workshops for clients and internal teams.
● knowledge base management: keep documentation and "how-to" videos up to date as the product evolves.
2. Content creation
● product evangelism: translate technical jargon into compelling value propositions for blogs, whitepapers, and case
studies.
● multimedia production: script, record, and edit high-impact product demos and "quick tip" series that capture attention
on social media and in sales pitches
● growth enablement: partner with marketing and sales to build technical toolkits—such as comparison guides and
feature deep-dives—that accelerate the closing of complex deals.
