main objective
develop and coordinate comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to strengthen brand presence in the market through digital media, promotional campaigns, events, and influencer collaborations — supporting the overall goals of the sales and marketing department.
key responsibilities
* design, plan, and manage the marketing and communication budget in alignment with company objectives.
* execute strategic marketing initiatives and measure performance against established kpis.
* develop and oversee seasonal promotions, product launches, and brand events in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
* create and manage content for digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging across social media, websites, and partner channels.
* lead influencer marketing strategies — identify, collaborate, and manage relationships with content creators and brand ambassadors.
* supervise the design, approval, and production of marketing materials, visual assets, and digital content.
* monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing monthly reports and actionable insights to management.
* collaborate with sales teams to align promotional efforts with commercial goals.
* support customer engagement initiatives, ensuring timely responses and consistent brand communication.
* maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing tools, trends, and technologies to optimize campaign efficiency and reach.
* evaluate vendor and agency performance to ensure contract compliance and quality standards.
* promote innovation and process improvements within the marketing function.
profile requirements
* education: bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
* experience: minimum 5 years in marketing communications, digital marketing, or brand management.
* language: conversational english; ability to communicate with english-speaking colleagues in new york.
* technical skills:
* digital marketing tools and analytics (google ads, meta, email marketing platforms, etc.)
* social media management and community engagement
* budget planning and vendor coordination
* event planning and campaign execution
additional desired attributes
* passion for the photography and/or video industry – ideally someone who also enjoys shooting as a hobby.
* background in marketing or communications with a modern understanding of how to reach and engage customers.
* strong understanding of influencer marketing and proven ability to manage these relationships effectively.
