Responsibilities
- Proactive sourcing of new clients with high import/export potential.
- Building and managing a robust sales pipeline using CRM technology.
- Regular meetings with clients and prospects to identify business opportunities.
- Effective portfolio management focusing on growth, retention, and cross-selling.
- Customized commercial proposals development (quotations, rates, integrated solutions).

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales within Freight Forwarding (proven track record required).
- Knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Road Freight services.
- Closing skills, persuasive, and goal-oriented sales profile.
- Primarily hunter sales style (80%), consultative, with strong field presence.
- Advanced English language proficiency (B2–C1), both written and spoken.
- Mobility: own vehicle required and availability to visit clients.
- Digital skills: proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and presentation platforms (Zoom, Teams).
- Education: degree in International Trade, Business, Logistics, or related field.
