we are seeking a quality engineer to report to the quality manager. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with client specifications and standards such as iatf 16949 and iso 9001 to deliver high-quality products.
about the job:
* ensure execution of the quality system on the production floor.
* monitor process control.
* identify and analyze quality issues and propose corrective actions.
* handle customer complaints and service issues.
* implement and oversee quality procedures aligned with international standards and company policies.
* recommend improvements to product quality.
* support iso 9001 and iatf 16949 certification processes.
* coordinate and manage quality auditors' activities.
* perform supplier quality engineering activities, including monitoring, inspection, and handling complaints.
* manage external approval marks such as ul, csa, ccc, cqc, etc.
* develop ppap documentation.
* location: piedras negras, coahuila.
about you:
* excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in english (90%).
* at least 3 years of experience as a quality, process, or project engineer.
* strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* proficient in microsoft office suite and sap.
* experience with statistical tools, core tools, and troubleshooting methods.
