- cultivate agent channels to ensure policy placement, documentation, issuance, and renewal processes.
- manage bidding for government accounts and design protection solutions for key corporate clients.
- oversee the quotation, issuance, and post-sale service with insurers and alliances for business placements.
- supervise account claims, policy information requests, premium payment processes, and agent commissions.

- *experience*: 3-5 years in database management, process handling, and collective insurance
