responsibilities
* supervision and support of the accounting area (cxp, cxc)
* update prices in sap, standard price and material prices + retro billing to suppliers
* preparation and reporting of the budget for the year plus 4 and the budget for the year
* closing of the month, closing of the quarter and closing of the year.
* ad‐hoc analysis, inventories, reserves and provisions
* reconciliation registry and charge to suppliers for quality issues and customer guarantees
* weekly and monthly cash report.
* involvement in the administrative environment of the plant
* coordination of internal and external audits
* ensure compliance with iso 9001 qms standards, iatf16949, vda 6.3, sga iso 14001, sg and other customer requirements according to the instruction \"assignment of roles, responsibilities and authorities within the organization\".
* ensure compliance with iso 50001, sgsst iso 45001 and specific customer requirements.
* carry out activities to improve the work environment, quality system, industrial safety, environmental protection and energy management affecting the field of work.
* manage two finance teams—one for each plant (puebla and sjc) and travel to sjc required.
this position is for both puebla and sjc.
