As an affiliate marketing manager, you oversee a team of digital account executives (daes) responsible for managing affiliate relationships within a specific region (international, emea, asia, spanish/latam, or english). You develop and execute regional strategies to optimize affiliate performance, ensure smooth operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals.

✅ resolves escalations related to technical issues, payment problems, or compliance concerns to ensure smooth affiliate operations.
✅ works closely with internal teams to quickly address and resolve affiliate challenges that arise.
collaboration with success team & lead gen team
✅ collaborates with the success team to address creative asset needs, ensuring that all marketing materials are available for affiliates.
✅ ensures affiliates receive the necessary design resources to help them succeed in campaigns.

reporting & regional metrics
✅ manages reporting and metrics for their assigned regions, ensuring that all key performance indicators are tracked accurately.

✅ conducts regular one-on-one meetings with digital account executives to assess their performance, provide feedback, and set goals for improvement.
