the main activities for this position are included but not limited to:
- invoice clients, follow-up, and customer support.
- invoice reception from vendors, gl coding, payment set up.
- account and bank reconciliation.
- expense records in accounting sw and spreadsheet.
- support with cost price calculation.
- work order processing
- enter work orders for processing.
- follow up on open work orders and material orders.
*schedule: monday to friday (one hour lunch)*
*regular schedule: 8:00 to 17:00 cst.
