🎯 key responsibilities:
lead customer service operations for the spare parts warehouse.
ensure excellent service experience for large automotive clients.
coordinate administrative and logistics processes between warehouse, sales, and after-sales.
ensure compliance with internal policies.
monitor kpis and performance indicators.
manage and develop the team.
✅ profile requirements:
bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
minimum 5 years’ experience in customer service, logistics, and warehouse operations in the automotive sector.
proven leadership experience.
proficient in sap (materials and sales modules).
advanced english.
willingness to travel occasionally.
