-make outbound calls or send messages to assigned customers to build strong, positive relationships.
-achieve sales targets and objectives within the specified timeframe.
-develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients.
-present, promote, and sell services effectively using persuasive arguments to prospective customers.
-acquire comprehensive job knowledge, respond promptly and accurately to customer demands, and resolve user issues quickly and efficiently to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
-assist in resolving customer issues, providing real-time technical support for initial troubleshooting.
-proactively identify, summarize, and verify potential issues from client feedback; escalate to relevant departments or propose actionable suggestions to support business improvement.
-stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
-provide regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and results.

requirements
-languages: must be fluent in spoken and written spanish and english.
proficiency in chinese is an advantage.
-equipment: candidate must have their own device for work.
-experience: minimum of 1 years of experience in customer service or account manager role with set targets.
-skills: resilience under pressure, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong multitasking skills.
