*main purpose*:
in this leadership role, boutique managers drive their team to achieve ownership, excellence, and success.
they lead people to discover customer's needs and deliver money can't buy experiences.
they develop customer's trust and encourages them to get the most out of our pieces, events and different touchpoints.
in addition to team building and development, they create excitement around every mtb touchpoint while enhancing brand supportive and profit productive business units.
*key responsibilities*:
- accountable of the whole boutique plan with positive results, impact and development.
- floor management, able to diagnose opportunities and create action plans.
- recruit, develop, train and coach boutique team.
- customer obsessed, always looking for new initiatives and stories to engage with them.
- critical thinking, able to diagnose category opportunities and quickly execute solutions.
- manage store opening and closing, stock counts and btq documentation.
- responsible of net promoter score, audits, mystery shopper, and global boutique kpis.
- analyze business needs and propose smart solutions, register on management board.
- manage special and specific events logistics, activations and / or campaign launches.
- stock management, sell-thru driven mindset with a clear focus on best sellers.
- profit management, petty cash and money laundery processes responsible.
- manage boutique assets and protect data information and security.
- daily briefing to align everyone within the boutique.
