*solicitamos*: practicante administrativo.
*objetivo*: realizar, con base en los lineamientos del área, las actividades relacionadas con los procesos de recursos humanos, con el propósito de agilizar en tiempo y forma el servicio que se proporciona al cliente interno y/o externo.
*escolaridad*: lic. En administración de empresas, psicología o afín.
*experiência*: 6 meses en recursos humanos.
*idioma*: inglés (intermedio).
*software*: excel (intermedio).
*actividades*:
- participar y apoyar en los diferentes procesos inherentes a recursos humanos, tales como reclutamiento, contratación, onboarding, capacitación, desvinculación.
- seguimiento a evaluaciones.
- elaborar indicadores y presentaciones.
- brindar soporte a los líderes y colaboradores en la operación diaria, programas y procesos de recursos humanos.
- realizar actividades administrativas que soportan al área.
- participar en diferentes proyectos del área tales como iniciativas de diversidad e inclusión, gptw, documentación de procesos.
