Role summary:
leads end-to-end delivery of hris modules as a subject matter expert, manages complex client engagements, and mentors junior team members. May informally lead small project teams.
key responsibilities:
* solution design & configuration: lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios. Configure hris modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization.
* client engagement: manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns.
* quality assurance: oversee sit and uat cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness.
* mentoring & knowledge sharing: guide and mentor associate and junior consultants on the project. Document and share module best practices and lessons learned.

requirements
* bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
* 4–7 years of hris experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations.
* deep expertise in one or more hris modules (core hr, talent acquisition, talent management, payroll etc).
* strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
* certifications: sap successfactors certification (required).
