we work with doctors, clinics, medical professionals, and strategic partners across mexico, colombia, and other latam markets.we are looking for someone who can help document and build the story behind our work.this role is not just about filming videos.
it is about capturing the day-to-day movement of a growing company, founder-led content, business travel, medical education events, behind-the-scenes moments, trainings, conferences, and brand-building opportunities across latin america.the person in this role will work closely with me and our team to film, edit, organize, and produce consistent short-form content for personal branding, company branding, event marketing, and social media growth.key responsibilities:
- travel with the team for company trips, trainings, conferences, meetings, and brand-related events throughout latam
- capture day-to-day founder content, behind-the-scenes footage, business content, event content, and travel content
- film professional short-form content for instagram, tiktok, linkedin, youtube shorts, and other platforms
- edit and deliver 1–2 high-quality videos per workday when possible
- identify strong hooks, key moments, content angles, captions, and storytelling opportunities
- organize raw footage for future use in recaps, ads, social media, educational content, and brand assets
- create event recap videos, travel recaps, educational clips, behind-the-scenes edits, and social media-ready content
- work closely with the team to keep content aligned with stemalia's brand, voice, and goals
- move quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and professionalismtravel expectations:travel is a core part of this position.the person selected should be comfortable traveling frequently throughout latin america.
depending on company events, trainings, meetings, and content opportunities, travel may represent approximately *% of the month.some trips may be planned in advance, while others may require flexibility and the ability to travel on shorter notice.
all approved work-related travel expenses will be covered, including flights, lodging, and ground transportation.
per diems will also be provided during travel.what we're looking for:

- available for frequent travel throughout latin america
- comfortable with travel representing up to *% of the month when needed
- experience filming and editing short-form social media content
- strong understanding of storytelling, hooks, pacing, captions, and social media trends
- comfortable working around doctors, clinics, business meetings, conferences, and professional events
- organized with files, footage, deadlines, and communication
- able to work independently while also collaborating closely with a team
- professional, reliable, adaptable, and comfortable with a fast-moving schedule
- open to traveling on short notice when neededequipment & tools:camera and filming equipment will be provided.having your own computer for editing is preferred, but not required.
if a computer is needed, we can work it out.compensation:$500–$1,500+ usd per month, depending on experience, skill level, availability, and the final agreement.additional per diems are provided during company travel.this is a freelance role, but the expected workload is closer to full-time for the right person.
